로저 마틴(Roger Martin)의 opposable mind라는 컨셉은 간단히 말해서 두가지 상충하는 모델을 하나로 통합하는 integrative thinking을 말한다. 로저 마틴은 성공한 사업가들을 관통하는 하나의 특징으로 이런 integrative thinking을 꼽았다. 대표적인 예가 Four Season호텔이다.
